By accessing or using QuiDash, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Services

QuiDash provides white-label fintech software and infrastructure as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform.

User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

Provide accurate information.
Maintain account security.
Comply with applicable laws.
Avoid misuse of the platform.
Obtain any licenses or approvals required for their business.

Payments

Platform setup fees, module purchases, subscriptions, and additional services are payable according to the selected pricing plan. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

QuiDash retains ownership of all software, source code, branding, documentation, and intellectual property. Customers receive a license to use the platform according to their subscription or agreement and may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or resell the software without written permission.

Availability

While we aim for high platform availability, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occasionally occur.

Third-Party Integrations

QuiDash integrates with external payment gateways, banks, KYC providers, and other third-party services. We are not responsible for outages, delays, pricing changes, or service interruptions caused by those providers.

Limitation of Liability

QuiDash shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activities.

Updates

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which QuiDash operates, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
